If you keep starting habits and losing them, a plain checklist is not enough. This habit tracker puts every habit at the center and connects everything around it: the cue, the tiny version for bad days, the streak, the stack it belongs to and the challenge it supports.
At a Glance
- Format: Web app (opens in your browser, works offline, saves on your device)
- Devices: Mac, Windows, iPad, iPhone and Android with a modern browser
- Privacy: Everything stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
- Export: Backup file, spreadsheet downloads (habits, check-ins, streaks, urges) and print
Key Capabilities
- Habit cards with real streaks: current and longest streak, 7-day and 30-day completion rates and a 14-day strip for each habit. Filter, sort or drag cards into your own order.
- Daily check-in: a week grid and a month view. Tap a day to cycle it through done, skipped, planned rest and empty. A warning appears on the morning after a miss.
- Streaks & stats: spot double misses (two missed days in a row) before they turn into quitting.
- Identity and 2-minute plan: group habits under the sentence about who you are becoming, and count every done day as a vote for it.
- Habit stacks: pick an anchor you already do, add an ordered list of new habits and get a clock time for each step. Stacks that are too long or too slow are flagged.
- Challenge mode: any length from 1 to 366 days, hard or soft rules, a list of earlier attempts, and rules you can link to a habit so one check-in ticks both.
- Dopamine menu: starters, mains, sides, desserts and specials for the moments you reach for an easy hit. Log how strong the urge was before and after, and see which item helped most.
- Urge log: record the situation, feeling, time of day, strength and what you did, then see how often you held the line.
- Virtue chart: one virtue in focus each week, with clean days counted for the week and the whole cycle.
- Weekly review: six numbers fill in for you; you add what went well, what stalled and one change.
- A photo on every card, and they are yours to change: a cinematic dashboard cover, a banner on every page and a photo on each habit, stack, challenge and menu card. Upload your own, pick from the built-in library or restore the original. Deleting anything can be undone in one tap.
- Three languages and five color palettes: English, Tiếng Việt and Simplified Chinese.
Who It's For

- People running a 30, 66 or 75-day challenge who want honest rules for missed days.
- Habit stackers who want clock times, not just a list.
